Amazon tops highest spending list for internet marketing services

According to a new report, Amazon is the biggest spender of internet marketing services.

Kantar Media estimated that more than $3 billion were spent on the paid search market between October and December last year. During these months, Amazon shelled out around $51 million for online marketing services. The retail group was followed by AT&T, which spent $27 million.

Other than retail and telecommunications companies, travel companies also dedicated significant investments in internet marketing. In fact, four travel companies made it to the top 10 highest spending organizations in the sector in the US.
