Content creation and sharing are good for SEO

Published on December 16, 2011 by David Castillo   ·   No Comments

Content creation and sharing are a big part of web visibility, making them huge parts of search engine optimization campaigns.

As social media continues to surge, content creation and sharing will consistently become a bigger part of internet marketing. The sharing part implies less cost for advertisers. Since consumers are the one spreading the content—through various social web channels, all the advertiser needs to do is ensure well-crafted content.

Posting interesting content on Facebook or Twitter will go a long way in terms of exposure. But the content needs to be captivating in order to achieve the optimal effects.

While marketing copies are still the typical tools of the trade, news content is beginning to catch on. News topics that are discussed creatively can go a long way in terms of buzz creation. Pairing these topics with interesting videos is a common approach.

Content sharing and content creation are directly related to social interaction. Brands need to be proactive in their outreach to the online social community. Replying to comments, setting up chat channels, and constant content updates are some of the ways to do this.
