Creating SEO-friendly content

Published on August 31, 2011 by David Castillo   ·   No Comments

Keywords are the foundation of search engine optimization campaigns. And keywords are embedded in optimized content. However, some marketers tend to lose focus—sacrificing content quality for optimization performance.

They tend to forget that the best way to draw people to their site is enticing content!

So, if you don’t want to get your priorities mixed up, consider these things:

Selected content can be optimized much easier compared to others. They draw better amounts of traffic—and these are the topics you should zero in on.

Don’t force topics that don’t match your site. If it isn’t supposed to be on your site, don’t put it there for the sake of traffic. It just looks unnatural and hurts the credibility of your site.

Your articles don’t have to be long. In fact, readers are more likely to read the article through when they see that it’s short and neat.

Most importantly, remember that content is king! It is the key to establishing a good relationship with your consumers/clients.
