Entrepreneurs see opportunities in SEO

Published on July 16, 2009 by Last Click News   ·   No Comments

While the economy continues to suffer, a growing number of small business owners are becoming more optimistic about the future with the usage of search engine optimization (SEO).

According to a recent study from Entrepreneur magazine, 42 percent of entrepreneurs said that their business was not as bad as it could’ve been over the last six months, while 25 percent said that they had done “surprisingly well.”

Many of the businesses had already cut costs due to the economic downturn; however, statistics indicate the expenditure on technology has remained stable.

Although many small businesses appear to be using SEO, analysts say that they are not completely taking advantage of SEO as a marketing tool.
