Google’s real time search can help minimize spam

Published on December 15, 2009 by Last Click News   ·   No Comments

There is no doubt that Google is the undisputed search engine king. The company controls a majority of the search engine market, and it is statistically the most used search engine in the World Wide Web. However, Google is prone to spammers and black search engine optimization (SEO) operations. This is why Google has developed the Real Time Search policy.

Whenever you use the real time search feature, it brings additional results on top of the typical search rank results. These additional results include content from social networks like MySpace and Facebook.

How will this affect spam? Well, it will give them more competition. And as Google’s algorithms get more sophisticated with each day, spammers will have a harder time raising their ranks in the search results page.

Bing has also developed a Real Time Search feature. However, it is forecasted to have minimal impacts on the SEO playing field compared to Google.
