Google has announced that it will incorporate when a user blocks a site into Panda Updates, which will give search engine users a more prominent role in search engine optimization.
The new system will serve as a quality control process—with better sites getting more emphasis.
When signed into Google, browsers will see a text under search results URLs. They now have the option to block sites that don’t meet higher standards.
The function has been available in the United States since March, but Google has now released Panda globally.
The ability to block sites can affect the performance of SEO campaigns significantly.
