Mobiles and tablets are big SEO targets

Published on January 27, 2012 by Last Click News   ·   No Comments

Mobile commerce is on the rise.

According to a report from Equation Research, 14 percent of online shopping transactions are made through smartphones while 9 percent are accounted from tablets.

With this information, experts predict that online businesses will be integrating mobile web content marketing in their search engine optimization campaigns in the months ahead. Mobile SEO is different from actual SEO, meriting different efforts for its field.

Still, majority of online shoppers access the net through their desktops and laptops.

Experts also predict that more online retailers will be investing in mobile SEO to receive access to a wider demographic.

Much like SEO campaigns, mobile campaigns require constant updates. Tablets are also something online companies need to factor in.
