Online SEO writing

Published on October 26, 2010 by David Castillo   ·   No Comments

Write your mind. This is essentially the first step when writing an online article.

Forget about the keywords, tags, and related keywords. The first step is to write what’s on your mind and then integrate it with your search engine optimization (SEO) specifics. When you do this, you’re actually writing for your audience and not your SEO campaign.

Quality will not be compromised and customers will consider you an authority.

Of course, you still need to do the SEO work. This is not typically part of a writer’s skill set, but it’s something that will help you land jobs.

You can search for keywords through numerous free online tools. Most of the time, the right keyword is middle-ranked. Top ranking keywords have too much competition, which is tough to crack, especially for online start-ups. On the other hand, low ranking keywords are rarely used—the market isn’t here.

In writing an article, make sure that it is relevant. Also, spread the keywords and tags evenly. This will prevent your work from being tagged as spam.
