Search engine optimization (SEO) is probably the most effective online marketing tool today. However, many companies are using it and that’s why you need to generate big and new ideas to get an edge in the market.

Experts say that a SEO campaigns need to look beyond title tags and meta descriptions to get a competitive edge in the market.

According to statistics from Search Engine Watch, 80 percent of clicks in a Google results page come from non-paid listings, which is a good foundation for SEO services.

Adam Audette, a guest author at Search Engine Watch, says that online companies need to extend their focus outside basic SEO techniques and adapt innovative ideas. And the best way to do this is by focusing on improving a user’s experience.

One way of doing this is by improving your site’s speed. Recently, Google announced that it will be using site speeds to help determine top search results, putting more value on a site that function faster than others. Of course, the major factor in determining search results will still be relevancy.
