One of these platforms is forums. Find one that specializes in your site’s niche, participate in it, and watch it deliver traffic. You can also create linked blogs to engage local communities.

As of late, majority of the big online retailers are on Facebook and Twitter. These social media sites allow you to build relationships with your customers, making you a more trustable company.

You can also launch question and answer sites that to deliver more technical information about the industry and products to your customers.
